Terms of Service (ToS)
- Content Guidelines (The "Somali Content" Clause)
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading content that:
- Violates Islamic principles or Somali cultural norms.
- Violates local laws or Islamic values
- Promotes tribalism, clannishness, or ethnic hatred.
- Contains explicit adult content or extreme violence.
- Is defamatory toward the Somali Government or religious institutions.
- Intellectual Property (Copyright)
- Ownership: The user retains ownership of their Audio, but by uploading, they grant [Your Platform Name] a worldwide license to host, stream, and promote that content.
- Infringement: We operate a "Notice and Takedown" policy. If a user uploads a movie, music Audio, or podcast show without permission from the owner (e.g., Astaan or SNTV), the Audio will be removed immediately.
- Monetization & Ads
- The Platform reserves the right to display advertisements (via our Ad Network or any thirdparty ) on any Audio uploaded to the platform.
- Revenue sharing with creators is at the sole discretion of [ Koonis PodCast ] and subject to separate Partner Agreements.
- Termination of Service
We reserve the right to ban any user or IP address that repeatedly violates these terms or attempts to "bot" (fake) views.
